Fills your target with energy, increasing their attack speed, dexterity, and attack rating. Visions of Grandeur does not stack with and is blocked by Speed of the Shissar. Patch change 20 Feb, 2012: Kanras: Updated Visions of Grandeur to longer duration, correct ATK bonus. Patch was implemented to address the recast issue, it has been reduced from 16 seconds to 3 per February 21st 2001 patch.
