Spell Upgrades
- Spell upgrading uses motes in the spell inspect window.
- Each tier adds a 10% reagent-save chance; tier X skips reagent costs.
- Damage, healing, mana, cast/recovery/reuse, duration, and resist values may scale by spell data. Exact coefficients are server-side when not shown in the mined client table.
- Pet spells gain +tier pet levels, capped at player level -1; each effective pet level adds 6% HP, 1 base damage, and 5 skills.
