Inflicts severe damage upon a targeted plant, causing between 198 and 210 damage. Note: Not in game on p1999 or live. This spell only exists on the Everquest test servers and is attainable by using the /testbuff command. It is not dropped, researched or sold. However, the level 52 version of the spell, Defoliation, does exist.
